We all hit the wall while running a marathon.
It's in these valleys, when we're most tired and vulnerable that growth happens.
And so to support your journey, here are three reminders when things feel tough.
1/ I've been through this before
It didn't have to be the same situation - but you've already overcome obstacles.
There were already times when you were almost at the end, but felt you need to call it quits.
But you didn't.
Lean into your own story of triumph. You're stronger than you think.
2/ I grow when things feel hard
Growth is a response to perceived adversity, of any kind.
When you're in the middle of something that feels grueling, unattainable - that is the place where you learn mental fortitude and resilience.
It doesn't happen when things are perfect.
3/ I'm too close to give up
Look back at how far you've come, and how much you've already accomplished.
You've done more in the past than is required to get to the finish line.
Celebrate that you're on a streak, let your past success usher you towards completion.
You're too close to give up. Remind yourself of that.
